KehillaHQ has a What’s new page inside the app listing recent changes and additions. It is the place to look when something appears different from last week.

Keeping up

You do not need to track releases. Changes arrive automatically, and there is nothing to install or update. If a page looks different from how this help centre describes it, that is worth telling us through Send feedback. It usually means a page here needs updating, and we would rather hear it from you than find it a year later.

After an update

Very occasionally a browser tab left open across an update will report an error when you try to do something. Refresh the page. Nothing you were working on is lost.

Suggesting something

Much of what gets built comes from congregations saying what they actually need. If something is missing, or a task takes more steps than it should, tell us through Send feedback or at support@kehillahq.com. Being specific helps more than being polite. “Filing PayPal payments takes six clicks each and I do forty a month” is more useful than “the payments section could be better”, because it says what to fix and how much it matters.
